2. Return and Exchange Process
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Prepare Return Package: Place the returned items in the packaging, including the original order information and the RMA number.

3. Refund Processing Time

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
